In-Store Credit/Exchange Policy

Please keep in mind that Send Em 2 Heaven only offers in-store credit (three years expiry)/ exchange for change of mind items and/or incorrect sizing. Customers are required to notify Send Em 2 Heaven within 14 days of delivery.

All returns are required to be fully tracked via Australia Post. Returning products/goods/items to our warehouse will cost $10.00 (AUD) subject to Australia Post pricing changes. We will deduct the value of postage from your in-store credit, and/or process your exchange upon payment of postage.

Refunds

Send Em 2 Heaven Pty Ltd (ACN 666 003 121) products/goods/items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods exchanged or repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Subject to your consumer’s rights (if any) under the Australian Consumer Law:

Send Em 2 Heaven Pty Ltd (ACN 666 003 121) requires customers to notify them of any faults to the products/goods/items purchased within 14 days of delivery.

If the fault results in the product/good/items failure to meet Australia’s law for consumer guarantee, Send Em 2 Heaven will issue a refund to your original payment method after the return of faulty product/goods/items to our warehouse within 30 days of the products/goods/items being delivered to you.

All returns are required to be fully tracked via Australia Post. Returning products/goods/items to our warehouse will cost $10.00 (AUD) subject to Australia Post pricing changes. We will deduct the value of postage from your total refund amount.

Please allow up to 21 business days for the funds to show on your account after we process your refund at the warehouse.
